We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Success Manager to join our team. The E-commerce Success Manager will be responsible for overseeing the success and growth of our e-commerce operations. Responsibilities:

Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
2. Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a leadership role.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies.
4. Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive insights and decision-making.
5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
9. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategies for e-commerce.
10. Familiarity with web development and design principles.
